Getting hired is an important event in building your career. Many times, however, candidates unintentionally harm their chances of getting hiring by not knowing:

• how to prepare for interviews 
• what potential employers are looking for
• the technical language of the teaching profession
• the instructional strategies and techniques needed to advance student learning.

This workshop will help you.  It is led by Dr. Robin Daniels, a former teacher, principal, and Asst. Superintendent. who uses her experience to train districts on how to adopt culturally responsive hiring practices. Her knowledge is now being extended to candidates to show them how to present the value they bring to school communities.
